Hours: 32½ hours per week x 39 weeks per annum
Contract Term: Fixed Term until 31st August 2020

Hazelbury Primary School is looking for enthusiastic and inspiring graduates who want to develop their skills and gain experience in a school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are considering a teaching career as it will enable them to gain professional development towards this route. Our own on-site sports coaches provide our children with quality sport provision and fantastic extra-curricular opportunities. With a farm, pond and orchard on site, we are able to provide the children with creative outdoor experiences. We also have our very own minibuses, which all staff have the opportunity to be trained to drive.
Our ethos encourages pupil voice and we have embedded values that ensure resilience and independence. Children are encouraged to have a growth mind-set to build lifelong learning skills and we have developed mindfulness for both children and staff across the school.
The wellbeing of our staff is an important priority and we value work-life balance. We have a staff gym on site, as well as access to yoga sessions for all staff. We provide opportunities to ensure that we value hard work and dedication. All staff are given access to Perkbox- an app that provides discounts on many high street chains. We provide staff with well-being days, an attendance reward scheme, as well as giving all employees access to a support hub.
